The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

This role is term time, so the gross annual salary advertised will be reduced proportionately based on the number of weeks worked during the academic year.

Term time employees are contracted to work 38 weeks per year.

Please note that the full time equivalent for this position is 37 hours, so roles advertised with contracted hours less than 37 will be classed as part time.

About the role

Do you enjoy working with children and want to make a positive difference every day? As a

Lunchtime Assistant at Scoill Phurt le Moirrey, you will play a key role in helping pupils stay safe, happy and supported throughout the lunch period, both in the dining room and out in the playground.

You’ll encourage good manners, promote safe and creative play, and act as a caring point of contact between pupils and teaching staff.

This role is perfect for someone with a kind, approachable nature and good communication skills, even if you’ve never worked in a school before.

No formal qualifications are required; what matters most is your ability to build positive relationships, support children’s wellbeing.
