Full time, permanent position with a split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and home, with up to 3 days per week working from home.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 pa plus benefits.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead on key elements of external collaborative activities, working to raise UCEM's profile and extend its influence. Day to day, you will play a vital role in communicating with, supporting and managing external stakeholders whilst driving collaboration across departments. You will develop and implement high level plans with partners, ensuring all activities integrate seamlessly with UCEM's strategies, vision and values. This is a brilliant opportunity to be involved with UCEM at a time of growth, continuing to support our vision of becoming the Centre of Excellence for Built Environment Education through the development of new partnerships with like-minded organisations who share our ambitions.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Account management of external partners and liaison with internal teams to ensure activities are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
- Support external partners to ensure they are engaged at an appropriate level and remain highly satisfied with UCEM's contribution.
- Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve products, services, and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

- Stakeholder engagement and communication abilities; able to build rapport and establish trust.
