Full time, permanent position with a split place of work between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and home, with up to 3 days per week working from home.
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 pa plus benefits.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead on key elements of external collaborative activities, working to raise UCEM’s profile and extend its influence. Day to day, you will play a vital role in communicating with, supporting and managing external stakeholders whilst driving collaboration across departments. You will develop and implement high level plans with partners, ensuring all activities integrate seamlessly with UCEM’s strategies, vision and values.

Your accountabilities and responsibilities include:
- Account management of external partners and liaison with internal teams to ensure activities are delivered effectively and in a timely manner.
- Support external partners to ensure they are engaged at an appropriate level and remain highly satisfied with UCEM’s contribution.
- Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve products, services, and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

- Demonstrable ability to effectively manage multiple agendas, timelines and budgets concurrently.
- Stakeholder engagement and communication abilities; able to build rapport and establish trust.
- Proficient in creating clear, impactful presentations with a strong attention to detail.
