About the roleWe are seeking a Governance & Benefits Analyst to support effective governance and benefits management across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects.
Reporting to the Assistant Director
- Performance, you will coordinate governance processes, manage committee workflows, monitor actions and ensure high-quality reporting for senior stakeholders. You will also play a key role in benefits management, working with project teams to identify, define, track and report benefits throughout the project lifecycle.
The role involves maintaining benefits registers, analysing performance data, supporting post-implementation reviews and providing clear insight to support decision-making and continuous improvement. About youYou will have experience working in governance, benefits management, performance reporting or a similar analytical role within a complex organisation.
Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, you will be able to manage competing priorities, build effective relationships and communicate complex information clearly and confidently. With strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach, you will enjoy taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality outcomes.
You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, with the ability to analyse data and present meaningful insights.
Experience with Power BI and working within a large public-sector or complex environment would be advantageous.
