b Overview /b p In this role you will design and maintain high-quality learning materials to support UCL’s HR, Finance Research and Innovation Programme. You’ll translate complex processes into engaging learning solutions across e-learning, videos and facilitator materials. Working with subject-matter experts and stakeholders, you’ll ensure resources are accurate, accessible and well governed. This hybrid role combines hands-on design with cross-functional collaboration to shape impactful, learner-centered experiences at scale. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 41 days’ holiday (27 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays, 6 closure days) /li li option to purchase 5 additional days /li li CARE pension scheme /li li cycle to work scheme /li li season ticket loan /li li relocation support /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Design, develop and maintain learning materials for UCL programmes /li li Translate complex processes and requirements into clear, practical learning solutions /li li Create e-learning modules, videos, facilitator materials, presentations, toolkits, job aids and quick-reference guides /li li Ensure resources are accurate, accessible and user-centred with appropriate version control and governance /li li Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify needs and validate content /li li Contribute to a hybrid-working model with in-office collaboration, typically two days per week /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experienced instructional designer able to convert technical/operational information into engaging content /li li Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning, blended learning and inclusive design /li li Proven ability to work with SMEs and diverse stakeholders to develop and refine content /li li Highly organized, detail-oriented and responsive to learner feedback /li li Commitment to improving the learning experience through outcomes-based design /li /ul ul li collaboration /li li communication /li li attention to detail /li li instructional design /li li e-learning development /li li accessible design /li /ul
