b Overview /b p In this role you provide timely, customer-focused 2nd line IT support to staff, students and honorary contract holders at UCL. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV gear and video conferencing, while collaborating with cross-functional ISD teams. You’ll help maintain managed desktop environments and ensure teaching and administrative activities run with minimal disruption.
