Its Aligning our Ways of Working project aims to improve the experience of colleagues delivering and using operational services across the university.

About the role

As HR Support Officer, you will provide administrative and coordination support to the HR, Finance & Research and Innovation Programme, working closely with HR People Partners, Faculty Change Leads and the programme team. You will independently manage assigned activities and support confidential and sensitive HR processes, including organisational change.

Your responsibilities will include preparing HR templates and communications, coordinating meetings, taking accurate minutes, maintaining documentation and consultation sites, and managing shared inboxes.
