You will be confident developing project briefs, feasibility studies, option appraisals, cost plans, programmes and business cases, as well as managing consultants, contractors, budgets, risks, procurement and project delivery.
An effective communicator and collaborative problem-solver, you will be able to build strong stakeholder relationships, exercise sound professional judgement, maintain robust compliance records and ensure that completed works are supported by appropriate inspection, certification and handover information.
