As our new Heads of Alumni & Supporter Relations, you will lead a talented, creative and fun team that works with our 430,000+ alumni in 190 countries, to keep them engaged and active within our global community. You will be responsible for the delivery of gold-standard alumni engagement programmes and experiences, thinking through how UCL shows up for our alumni, and how alumni can show up for UCL.

As the Head of Alumni & Supporter Relations (Faculty & Programmes) , you will lead a team to work across the Faculties at UCL, developing innovative and inspiring programmes to showcase the research and teaching power of the university. You will also drive our honorary, graduation milestones, parents and newly revamped volunteering programmes, drawing our community closer.

These roles will require highly collaborative community engagement specialists, with experience of working with and getting the best out of volunteers and key stakeholders. The strength you bring in building relationships, and your highly developed interpersonal skills and entrepreneurial spirit will underpin your success. There are opportunities to build new programmes and initiatives, and it will be important that you are energised by the idea of this and the opportunity to travel and represent UCL as a brand ambassador.
