This position is based at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), part of the largest division within the Specialist Hospitals Board, Queen Square Division. NHNN is renowned for clinical practice and research in neurosciences and is closely associated with the Institute of Neurology (ION). It offers comprehensive services in Neurology, Neurosurgery, Neurorehabilitation, Neuro-Critical Care, and Neuropsychiatry, serving referrals nationally and internationally. Recent developments include an Interventional MRI suite.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking a Band 4 Administration Coordinator for the Autonomic Unit. The main responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing follow-up and enquiry lines, and handling departmental inboxes. Flexibility and teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
