We are proud to offer the opportunity to work as part of the team at University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As part of UCL Partners, we form the largest Academic Health Science Centre in Europe.

It is an exciting time to be working at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, as we have recently increased our theatre space to 6 theatres and an Interventional MRI theatre. The National Hospital offers excellent experience in a unit with good clinical outcomes and high patient and staff satisfaction levels. The unit provides a full range of neurosurgical and spinal procedures with wide range of sub-specialist Neurosurgical interests such as Hydrocephalus, Pituitary, Epilepsy, Complex Spinal, Neuro-Oncology, Neuro-vascular and Functional Neurosurgery

The successful applicant will join a multidisciplinary surgical and medical team and will be responsible for the pre and peri operative management of our patients. You will also participate in outpatient clinics. You will have a dedicated consultant clinical supervisor and weekly teaching.

We would welcome applications from any candidate whose career progression would be helped by a longer period of neurosurgical surgical experience at registrar level and by candidates with previous neurosurgical registrar level experience.
