You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team at UCLH with a reputation for research, innovation and patient-focused care. The posts are based within a highly motivated team committed to high quality clinical outcomes for a diverse patient population. You will need strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to emergency situations, with an eagerness to advance in Emergency Nursing practice. The shift pattern is internal rotation and may include working within the resuscitation room.

Main duties of the job
- To work according to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and relevant professional guidelines as a named nurse (or key worker) for a defined group of patients and take responsibility for:
- protecting and supporting the health of individual patients and clients
- the assessment of care and health education needs
- the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care including discharge planning for each patient
