UCLH is seeking a full-time Information Governance Coordinator to join the Information Governance Team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

The post holder will support the team in meeting information governance, data protection, and privacy standards, including the Data Security and Protection Toolkit, and will work to reduce information risks.

Responsibilities include coordinating the annual completion of the Data Security and Protection Toolkit, delivering training, and providing effective Information Governance communications to staff at all levels across the Trust.

The post holder will act as a point of contact for initial Information Governance queries, offering advice and guidance or escalating issues as appropriate.

Reporting to the Information Governance Manager, the post holder will collaborate with staff across the organization, agencies, patients, and the public, and will deputize for the Manager as required.

The role involves assisting in achieving objectives within the Information Governance agenda, contributing to the management of the Trust’s strategic framework and regulatory requirements, delivering training and communications, and ensuring proper administration of the Records and Information Governance Group.
