Applications are invited for the post of Clinical Fellowship in Movement Disorders/Functional Neurosurgery. This is a full‑time post based at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN), part of University College London Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH). This post offers a unique opportunity for a neurology trainee who wishes to develop skills and gain experience in movement disorders/functional neurosurgery in a major centre of excellence. The role is a fixed term, one‑year post, suited for trainees aiming to advance their knowledge in neurovascular surgery. Responsibilities:
- Participate in neurology clinics.
- Perform levodopa challenges and post‑operative management of functional neurosurgical patients.
- Work as an integral member of the multidisciplinary functional neurosurgical team.
- Dedicate time for professional supervision and development of trainee/junior doctors within the department.
- Undertake research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and present at national and/or international conferences.
