The Role: This is an exciting role in a well-established and highly regarded team within University College Birmingham that is committed to putting students at the heart of all we do. We are looking for a new team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting the records management of our student data, including enrolment, processing change in circumstances and providing advice to students on their enrolment status. You will thrive working with a range of systems to problem solve data queries ensuring our student data is correct and valid for both internal and external reporting requirements. You will be committed to continuous improvement to our process and system developments that support an excellent service for our students, staff and wider University community. If you have a keen eye for detail, are a clear communicator and skilled in the use of a range of database systems within a highly regulated environment, this could be your next role.
