The Role:
It's an exciting time to join University College Birmingham. As our Further Education provision grows, we are expanding the opportunities available to students beyond their main programme of study and strengthening our approach to inclusive enrichment.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and values-driven Student Enrichment Officer to help students participate in activities that develop confidence, independence, communication, employability and preparation for adulthood. You will give particular attention to students with SEND and High Needs, working with students and colleagues to identify and remove barriers to participation. You will also help ensure that enrichment is inclusive and accessible to the wider FE student community.
We are looking for someone with the right values, transferable experience and genuine enthusiasm for helping young people discover new interests and opportunities.
