University College Birmingham is recruiting a Student Enrichment Officer to support FE students with activities that boost confidence, independence, communication and employability. The role focuses on inclusive enrichment, with particular attention to SEND and High Needs, removing barriers to participation and ensuring accessibility for the wider FE community.

You will work with colleagues to provide engaging opportunities, uphold safeguarding principles and contribute to a supportive learning environment.
