The Role
We are excited to be launching a brand‑new Legal Services curriculum at University College Birmingham - and we are looking for a proactive Senior Lecturer to lead the way. This new role provides a unique opportunity to shape and design innovative Further Education programmes that respond directly to sector demand and prepare learners for successful legal careers. You will lead on the planning and development of high‑quality, inspiring and inclusive teaching and learning that embeds real‑world employability skills. You will manage and deliver engaging learning activities across a range of levels, contribute to curriculum design and quality assurance, and take responsibility for student experience from induction through to progression. As part of the leadership role, you will help ensure programme performance, foster strong links with employers and professional bodies, and mentor colleagues through professional development.
