Responsibilities:
- You will manage the Work Placement and Careers Coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work placements, effective career provision and the accurate maintenance of destination data.
- You will also work closely with the Careers Supervisor to support the wider delivery of the College’s Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) strategy.
Qualifications:
- Level 3 qualification
- Proven experience in organising work experience placements and managing staff
