Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday shift pattern (06:30‑21:30), occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities:
- Represent the Property Services Department on the front line, meeting students, colleagues, visitors and dignitaries who may require assistance.
- Act as a lead ambassador to help ensure a comfortable, clean and safe environment on campus.
- Work as a team member to maintain high standards across the campus.
- Perform dual role duties as caretaker and security officer in line with college policy.
- Support property management and access control functions as required.
