Enrolment Officer – Summer Casual, Wisbech. The first two weeks of the role will be based at the King’s Lynn campus for training purposes, after which you will work at the Wisbech Campus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and manage a caseload of new students throughout the enrolment process.
  • Collate photographs, grades and other required documentation for each student.
  • Assess students’ circumstances to confirm course fees and confirm that entry requirements have been met by reviewing grade profiles.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure late applicants have a smooth transition into the college.
  • Administer face‑to‑face enrolment: meet new students, complete paperwork and print ID cards.
  • Maintain a fast‑paced, flexible working environment, remaining composed in challenging situations.
  • Participate in evening and weekend work where required.

Qualifications

  • Recent completion of a qualification at the further or higher education level.
  • Hard‑working, organised and friendly, with strong interpersonal skills.

Hours and Pay

  • Casual position. Minimum 37 hours available per week.
  • Hourly rate: £12.76 – £12.97 (annual, plus enhancement for annual leave £2.53 – £2.57 per hour on top).
