JOB TITLE: Receptionist

LOCATION: King's Lynn

HOURS: 22.5 per week Monday, Tuesday and one other day to be agreed (8:30am - 5pm)

SALARY: £15,293 - £15,536 per annum (£25,149 - £25,549 FTE)

We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional receptionist to join our wider business support team at the King's Lynn campus. Our main reception located in the front block is one of the most visited places on the campus each day. From students to visitors, parents and staff, many different customers come to the front desk and each day is different! You'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience at the college; managing a busy reception area, answering calls and enquiries, welcoming visitors and providing day-to-day administrative support.

The role is varied and will also involve supporting areas such as student parking, attendance, admissions, events and other business and student support activities. You’ll need to be confident dealing with a wide range of people, able to stay organised when things get busy and happy to work as part of a wider team.
