Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and resolve data issues related to student records.
- Ensure the college’s student data is complete, accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with a single curriculum area to become a subject‑matter expert on its data.
- Participate in all stages of a student’s data journey, including curriculum planning, timetabling, registers, enrolment, funding claims and audit.
- Support college processes by assisting staff with the correct use of systems and processes.
