We’re looking for an organised, approachable and proactive Business Support Assistant to support our growing English, Maths and ESOL provision. Working as part of the college’s business support team, you will provide dedicated administrative support to the English, Maths and ESOL faculty, acting as a key point of contact for students and staff. Your tasks will include responding to enquiries, supporting attendance monitoring, assisting with assessments, learner progression and communications. The role plays an important part in helping learners succeed and you will work closely with colleagues across the college to ensure students receive a responsive and high‑quality service.

You will be based between the new English and Maths Hub and our central business support office, working primarily Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (30 hours per week).
