The successful candidate will be part of the vibrant examinations department, providing high-quality customer service and technical support all year round to students, staff and external customers. Ensuring the examination service provided is in line with JCQ and individual Awarding Organisation rules and regulations. The role supports curriculum teams, administrative staff, and senior leaders by providing excellent customer service both internally and externally to represent our College Group. You will be integral to the college examination's function.
You will be confident in all forms of communication, proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Power BI.
