UCS College Group is seeking a dedicated wellbeing practitioner to support students, including those from vulnerable groups, through one-to-one guidance and mentoring. You will help coordinate Personal Education Plan (PEP) meetings for looked-after children and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, and signpost to internal services and external agencies as needed.
The role contributes to equality, diversity and inclusion across the college campus and ensures a supportive learning environment.
