Responsibilities
- Co‑ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects.
- Lead and support a team of staff to meet the college's expectations of quality and learner success.
- Develop and implement effective training, resources and assessment processes for learners at all levels.
- Act as a role model, motivating learners and staff to maximise outcomes and progress.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of subject areas and industry developments to adapt instruction to learners’ needs.
