Responsibilities

  • Co‐ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience across allocated courses, programmes and subjects.
  • Lead and support a team of staff to meet the college's expectations of quality and learner success.
  • Develop and implement effective training, resources and assessment processes for learners at all levels.
  • Act as a role model, motivating learners and staff to maximise outcomes and progress.
  • Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of subject areas and industry developments to adapt instruction to learners' needs.
