Associate Lecturer – Initial Teacher Education
We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and highly motivated Associate Lecturer to join our Education and Training team. This highly rewarding role is an exciting opportunity for a candidate working in the Further Education and Skills sector to inspire the next generation of teachers.
You will deliver initial teacher education (City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Teaching – DiT) to full- and part-time in-service trainee teachers.
The successful candidate will ideally hold a Level 7 qualification and possess experience of programme management, but most importantly will have a proven track record of delivering high quality teaching, learning and assessment.
You will be a great team player, and be motivated and committed to ensuring all trainees maximise their potential, are equipped to deliver high-quality learning and overall are fully prepared to embark on their career within the sector.
