About the Role

18 Months fixed term Apprenticeship to gain a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration. Are you highly organised, motivated, and ready to begin a career in business administration? We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) to join our team and gain valuable practical experience in a professional and supportive environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their administrative, communication, and organisational skills while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship qualification.

In this role, you will support a variety of day-to-day administrative activities, working alongside experienced colleagues to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of business functions. As part of the apprenticeship, you will receive structured training and dedicated mentoring, enabling you to build essential administration, digital, and communication skills. You will work within a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities for personal development and potential career progression upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

What You Will Do

  • Provide administrative support to curriculum managers.
  • Keep student records and enrolment data accurate and up to date.
  • Manage emails, telephone enquiries, and customer communications professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation.
  • Prepare correspondence, letters, and presentations as required.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve administrative processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend training sessions as required.

About You

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
