Due to expansion of provision, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Lecturer in Business to join our Business, Leisure & Tourism team. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of a brilliant student experience for learners across a range of Business and Management courses with a focus on developing learners ready for their next steps and in turn achievement of their qualifications.

As a Lecturer in Business, you will teach across a range of courses in the Business and Management provision and, as part of a team of specialists, contribute to the development and organisation of the curriculum. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with enthusiasm for teaching and learning. The successful applicant will be professional with high standards and fully committed to ensuring our students achieve their full potential, helping them along their learner journey.

As a Lecturer In Business, You Should:

  • Hold a degree or equivalent in the subject area
  • Hold GCSE A* - C / 9 - 4 in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Experience of working with 16–18-year-olds, ideally in a teaching capacity
  • Experience as a teacher/lecturer in Business or a similar qualification
