WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING
- Ensure that all the guest areas are clean and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Clean and service guest rooms and suites to luxury brand standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness in bathrooms.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure trolleys, equipment, and pantries are well-stocked and organised.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
- Support the wider housekeeping team during peak periods.
- Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks.
- Carry out lost property procedures.
