Student Success Officer Co-founded by the Class of 92 and Lancaster University, UA92 started with a clear belief – higher education should be accessible to all.
That means challenging inequalities, widening participation and creating opportunities for people who may not always have seen Higher Education as a path for them.

It is about making sure that once students join us, they have the support, opportunities and sense of belonging they need to succeed.
We’re now looking for a Student Success Officer to join us.
This is a role with real purpose working directly with our students, spotting where someone may be struggling or becoming disengaged, and helping put the right support in place early enough to make a difference.
The Role You’ll play an important part in helping our students succeed throughout their time at UA92, with a particular focus on engagement, continuation, progression and belonging.
Using student data alongside real conversations and relationships, you’ll help identify students who may be at risk of disengagement, withdrawal or academic underperformance and coordinate timely, practical interventions.
You’ll provide one-to-one and group support, coaching, guidance and signposting, while working closely with academic teams, Registry and professional services to make sure students receive joined-up support.
