Digital Skills Trainer Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Full-time (37.5 per week) Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 Location: Manchester We’re looking for an experienced, progressive and engaging professional to join the Disruptive Learning team and drive the organisation and delivery of digital training across our bootcamp and apprenticeship digital programmes. The person that joins the Disruptive Learning team will be a key role in delivering part of the Disruptive Learning Growth Strategy and deliver a sector leading curriculum with high quality teaching learning and engaging learning resources and activities, and champion digital technologies to enhance quality, accessibility and opportunity. If you’re someone that’s passionate about tech, loves disrupting the status quo, is highly solution focussed, champions inclusivity and embraces the power of difference, this is the role for you. The Role:  We are looking for someone who’s forward-thinking with bold ideas, whilst also ensuring the basics are covered – we’re always doing the right thing and remaining compliant. Utilise your industry knowledge to develop engaging and industry relevant curriculum and programmes. Collaborate with the partnerships team, external partners and academic teams to facilitate specific contributions to the curriculum design and delivery, and the wider student experience as required. Deliver highly effective and engaging learning and teaching activities at various levels to learners with varying levels of experience on campus, online, in an external setting or in a project-based learning environment. Provide an organised and structured approach to curriculum development and delivery preparation, managing own workload to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard within required timescales. Collaborate with the partnerships team and employers to develop programmes, curriculum, and training that enable learners to progress into successful careers. Essential Criteria:  Degree or Level 4 qualified. Technical industry and vendor certifications including but not limited to areas such as cloud computing, software / web development, data, AI/ML, security and networking or significant industry experience  Please note this role will require a satisfactory enhanced DBS.
