The Role
We’re seeking a Course Leader to head up our World of Business programme. You will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction of the course, leading academic delivery and ensuring our students receive an outstanding learning experience that blends academic excellence with real world application. You’ll lead a team of passionate lecturers and collaborate closely with industry partners to ensure our curriculum remains cutting edge, relevant, and aligned with the needs of today’s business landscape. You will also contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and quality assurance, with a focus on embedding UA92’s unique approach to personal development.
What We’re Looking For
- A track record of teaching and academic leadership in business or a related discipline
- Experience of curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- An innovative mindset, with a passion for delivering high-impact learning experiences
- A collaborative approach and the ability to lead and inspire academic teams
- A commitment to UA92’s mission and values, including character development and social mobility
Desirable
- Experience in engaging with industry to co-create or co-deliver academic content
- Familiarity with non-traditional HE models or alternative pathways to student success
- Experience of supporting the development of apprenticeships
