Role: Community Engagement Executive

Type: Permanent 37.5 hours per week

Location:UA92 Old Trafford M16 OPU & UA92 Business School M3 5JS

The Role

As our Community Engagement Executive , you’ll be on the front line of widening access to university for underrepresented communities. You’ll connect with schools, youth groups, community leaders and organisations across Greater Manchester and beyond building meaningful, long-term relationships that inspire the next generation of students to see university as a real and exciting option.

Whether it’s delivering inspirational sessions in schools, leading community-led events, or designing engaging outreach strategies, you’ll be at the core of UA92’s mission to disrupt the traditional education model.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community groups.
  • Deliver innovative outreach and recruitment events both online and in-person.
  • Be a visible and trusted face of UA92 in communities across Greater Manchester.
  • Help shape a more diverse and inclusive student body by supporting young people from all backgrounds to take their next step into Higher Education.
  • Track impact and evaluate engagement to continuously evolve and improve what we do.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in a youth-facing or community engagement role.
  • Energy, creativity and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and a real passion for social impact.
