We’re now looking for a passionate and driven Community Engagement Executive to join our ambitious team. This is your opportunity to be part of a game-changing institution that places social mobility and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As our Community Engagement Executive , you’ll be on the front line of widening access to university for underrepresented communities. You’ll connect with schools, youth groups, community leaders and organisations across Greater Manchester and beyond building meaningful, long-term relationships that inspire the next generation of students to see university as a real and exciting option.
Whether it’s delivering inspirational sessions in schools, leading community-led events, or designing engaging outreach strategies, you’ll be at the core of UA92’s mission to disrupt the traditional education model.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture strong relationships with schools, colleges, and community groups.
- Deliver innovative outreach and recruitment events both online and in-person.
- Be a visible and trusted face of UA92 in communities across Greater Manchester.
- Help shape a more diverse and inclusive student body by supporting young people from all backgrounds to take their next step into Higher Education.
- Track impact and evaluate engagement to continuously evolve and improve what we do.

- At least 2 years of experience in a youth-facing or community engagement role.
- Energy, creativity and a natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- Excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage multiple projects.
- A proactive, self-starting approach and a real passion for social impact.
