About the role

In your role as Pensions Rules & Regulatory Control Analyst, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.

This role will provide a great opportunity to provide independent oversight and analysis of adherence to applicable Scheme Rules and regulations within the Pensions Business.

What you will be doing

As a trusted part of the Pensions Solutions and Control, you will:

  • Ensure new and emerging scheme rules are understood and embedded in the adherence framework
  • Track and monitor legal and regulatory changes, supporting implementation with business owners
  • Maintain and update R&R framework documentation, including change processes and matrix
  • Review breaches, compliance and audit findings, supporting root cause and trend analysis
  • Identify and assess controls, highlight gaps, suggest improvements and track progress
  • Perform regular reviews of mapped processes to ensure obligations and controls remain accurate
  • Produce clear, insightful MI and reporting for business owners and executive committees
