Based in the iconic Royal Liver Buildings in Liverpool, we have an amazing opportunity for someone who thrives on working within a supportive and busy office environment. Our office is a vibrant place to work, and we offer flexibility of office/homeworking due to our hybrid model.

As a member of our friendly team, you will be given a structured induction programme and support from our inhouse teams for the first couple of weeks in your new role. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any experience, we will give you full training and you’ll be assigned a buddy to support with any questions. Not only do we provide great training, but we also offer opportunities to progress and develop your career here at USS – we love to promote within the team!
What you will be doing:
- Speaking with our institutions, members and third parties as routine queries arise
- Automated and manual processes and calculations
- Working closely with other team members, checking work as required
- Involvement in team projects and improving the way we work
- Manage own workload aligned to team targets and SLAs
- Escalate any non-routine or complex queries to a Senior or Manager as they arise
