Job Description
About the role
In your role as Private Markets Support – Private Markets Group (Credit & Property), you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.
This role will provide a great opportunity to support a range of business and administrative activities that are designed to support the day-to-day running of the three teams that manage the credit and property side within PMG.
The successful candidate will work alongside two dedicated PAs in supporting a pool of people working at all levels within the credit and property teams.
What you will be doing
As a trusted part of the Private Markets, you will:
- Coordinate key governance meetings, including agenda planning, minute taking, and action tracking using ClickUp
- Manage deal and asset management budgets, including forecasting, monitoring spend, and raising purchase orders
- Liaise with internal teams on supplier setup, new transactions, and deal closure processes
- Support contract tenders and renewals with third-party providers
- Assist with valuation processes and asset management administration
- Maintain reporting systems (DealCloud and ClickUp) and produce regular MI reports
- Update and manage the team Pitchbook, ensuring stakeholder approvals are in place

The Private Markets Group (PMG) consists of a 70+ person team that oversees c. £25 billion in assets across a fast-growing and diverse portfolio of private equity, infrastructure, private credit and property investments on behalf of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS).
