Die Vergütung erfolgt nach TVA-UK (1.352,00 € im Monat).
Darauf kannst du dich freuen
Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer betreuen Menschen in verschiedenen Pflege- und Lebenssituationen. Dabei sind sie immer nah bei den zu pflegenden Menschen und unterstützen diese z.B. bei der Körperpflege, bei der Bewegung und Nahrungsaufnahme. Nach Anordnung einer Pflegefachkraft führen Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer pflegerische Maßnahmen eigenständig durch. Dazu gehören Prophylaxen, welche die Gesundheit der zu pflegenden Menschen fördern.
Wichtig ist immer die Kommunikation: Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer sind Teil eines Teams aus Pflegefachkräften, Ärzten und Therapeuten und wichtige Bezugspersonen für die zu pflegenden Menschen.
Während Deiner Ausbildung wirst du von einem Team aus Pflegepädagog*innen, Fachdozent*innen sowie Praxisanleiter*innen begleitet. Du sammelst überwiegend Erfahrungen an der Universitätsklinik Heidelberg und im Krankenhaus Salem. Zudem hast du praktische Einsätze bei unseren Kooperationspartnern in der ambulanten Pflege.

Darüber freuen wir uns
- Hauptschulabschluss oder eine andere gleichwertige oder höhere abgeschlossene Schulbildung
- Mündlicher und schriftlicher Ausdruck in der deutschen Sprache (mindestens B2-Niveau)
- Darüber hinaus runden deine soziale Ader sowie deine kommunikative, unvoreingenommene Art deine Persönlichkeit ab
Idealerweise hast du bereits Praktika oder ein freiwilliges soziales Jahr in der Pflege absolviert.
