Atividades
- Realizar atendimentos proativos e reativos via WhatsApp, e-mail e ligações telefônicas;
- Esclarecer dúvidas dos clientes sobre o andamento de processos e serviços contratados, com linguagem acessível e didática;
- Fazer a ponte entre os clientes e o time jurídico, garantindo a clareza das informações repassadas;
- Organizar e acompanhar a jornada do cliente, registrando interações e atualizações em sistema;
- Manter o relacionamento ativo com a base de clientes, promovendo segurança e confiança no serviço prestado;
- Apoiar na estruturação e execução de fluxos de atendimento e processos internos voltados para experiência do cliente;
- Identificar pontos de melhoria na experiência e propor soluções para otimizar o atendimento;
- Garantir a manutenção de uma comunicação empática, ágil e eficaz;
- Realizar \”upsell\” (oferecer ao cliente um serviço adicional) aos clientes da base.
Requisitos
- Ensino médio;
- Experiência prévia com atendimento ao cliente;
- Boa redação e comunicação oral – domínio da língua portuguesa;
- Domínio de ferramentas de comunicação como WhatsApp Business, e-mail e telefone;
- Conhecimento básico de ferramentas como Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Planilhas).
