We are looking for a Repertoire Operations Assistant for a contract until the end of December 2026, with a potential extension based in London. It will be a hybrid model.
How we LEAD:
- Support the Repertoire Operations team in the creation and management of music products, digital supply activities, and data-related projects.
- Ensure accurate and efficient operational processes while contributing to the successful delivery of releases through strong attention to detail, organisation, and effective communication.
How you’ll CREATE:
- Support team members with processing new releases.
- Data maintenance and cleansing work.
- Prepare repertoire data for migrations.
- Assist with Digital Supply Chain processes.
- Assist with the onboarding of new catalogues.
- Contribute to testing new system functionality.
- Report to and support the Repertoire Operations Manager.
Bring your VIBE:
- An ability to work accurately under time pressure with a good eye for detail on multiple and diverse tasks.
- Knowledge of industry metadata style guides is an advantage.
- Experience with Digital Service Provider Content Management Systems is an advantage.
- An ability to communicate with all staff at the highest and lowest levels, internal and external.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Keenness to learn and adaptability within a dynamic, changing environment.
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
- Able to build rapport at all levels of the business.
- An ability to be personally accountable for achieving individual and shared goals.
