Responsibilities
- Ensure games and applications give the best user experience possible.
- Learn to follow the Universally Speaking QA process and professional standards.
- Use industry-standard tools to record observations, provide evidence of problems, and track them until they are fixed.
- Write and execute test scripts, instructions, and guidelines to cover every aspect of the game.
- Work across a broad range of games from Indie to AAA, on all of the latest platforms.
- Speak directly to developers, gathering testing requirements, asking questions, and collaborating on new projects.
- Proactively identify improvements, take ownership of additional activities, and create efficiencies.
- Work side by side with colleagues, sharing findings, discussing ideas, and building rapport.

Important Information
- After paid training, candidates will be placed in a pool and called to come into the office as project work becomes available. Due to changing client demands and seasonal load, continuous paid work is not guaranteed.
- Because of security requirements, all work must be performed on-site in Universally Speaking offices. No remote or hybrid option is available.
