Responsibilities
- You will use Workable, the World’s leading recruitment software.
- You will create and update our job advertisements, create flyers and posters and use Social Media to support our recruitment requirements.
- You will shift, phone candidates with screening questions, send out assessments and process all relevant applications.
- You will talk to hundreds of people to capture details of applicants wanting to join us and create a pool of suitable candidates.
- You will update and maintain accurate records.
- You will check Right To Work and various other documents as part of the recruitment process.
- You will attend and help organize Recruitment Fairs both in person and online. These can happen across the country but especially Liverpool and Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire area. You need to be able and willing to travel, ideally having your own transport.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, face to face, on the phone and in writing.
- Ability to manage large amounts of work and process details - so you need to really be organized.
- Effective use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
Qualifications
- Ideally you are passionate about recruitment and can demonstrate drive and initiative to make things happen.
- You are confident when talking to people face to face as you will be engaging with often quite shy people.
- You enjoy working as part of a team but also not afraid of running something on your own as you will sometimes be at a recruitment fair on your own running the stand.
- Familiar with social media channels so you can create and post to our channels, advertising the roles and recruitment events we have coming up.
