Universally Speaking is seeking a Facilities Coordinator for our Liverpool studio. You will support the General Manager and on-site teams to coordinate facilities, office services, contractors, visitors and security access in a busy, welcoming environment.
The role emphasizes proactive issue resolution, strong organisation and excellent communication with employees, clients and suppliers. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–5:00pm, 45 hours per week, based at our Liverpool City Centre studio.
