Our working week is 38.5 hours, and if you are looking for a good work-life balance, you will also have the opportunity to work a 4-day week!

What you'll do:
- You’ll often be working on new products and looking for improved ways to make them as we onboard new projects.
- This keeps the talent in our team thriving!
- Our quality standards are very high with minimal margin for error, requiring a high level of detail to ensure we produce an exceptional product for our clients.
- You’ll be a critical colleague, and by working smartly, you’ll help minimise downtime and boost output through our fast-paced operation.

- Have some experience as a Fabricator / Welder. Time Served is preferred, but previous experience is acceptable.
- Be able to easily read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings.
