We are looking for Fabricators / Welders to join our growing business and be part of our team. Whether you are looking to work on new and interesting products, or you are looking for progression and development, we are the home for you! All of our Team Leaders and Technical Experts have come from our Grow our Own Program. What you'll do:

  • You’ll often be working on new products and looking for improved ways to make them, as we onboard new projects. This keeps the talent in our team thriving!
  • Our quality standards are very high with minimal margin for error which requires a high level of detail to ensure we produce an exceptional product for our clients.
  • You’ll be a critical colleague and by working smartly you’ll help minimize downtime and boost output through our fast-paced operation.

We’d love you to:

  • Share values that drive you to do the best work that you can as effectively as you can while working within a team.
  • Have some experience as a Fabricator / Welder. We would love you to be Time Served, but you don’t need to be, as long as you have previous experience.
  • Be able to easily read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings.
