Universal Technologies Ltd is offering an entry-level IT support apprenticeship in Liverpool. You will learn to provide friendly, first-line IT support to customers while progressing toward a Level 3 ICT qualification.
You will be mentored by experienced colleagues and gain hands-on experience with real customers and IT systems. You will log tickets, follow triage and escalation processes, and assist with setting up hardware and supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows.
