The A Side: A Day in The Life

Bravado is the only global, 360-degree full service merchandise company that develops and markets high-quality licensed merchandise to a world-wide audience.

Product is sold on live tours, via selected retail outlets and through Web-based stores.

Bravado also licenses rights to an extensive network of third-party licensees around the world.

The company maintains offices in London, Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Paris, Tokyo and Sydney.

Under the Universal Music Group umbrella, Bravado is able to leverage a global sales and distribution network from the world’s largest record company, as well as the group’s significant marketing strength.

The principle objective of this position is to provide full administrative support to the production department, with a dotted line to the finance department to ensure smooth interaction between both teams.

  • The B Side: Skills & Experience
  • Be Organised
  • Front-to-end management of all aspects of the touring roster from club-sized tours to stadiums
  • Produce pre-tour budgets for departmental approval showing profitability
  • Day to day management of active tours including stock management, logistics and financial reporting
  • Analyse data to help develop product ranges and sizes depending on the artist and venue
  • Recruit and manage road staff and process POs for road wages and expenses
  • Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders on inventory when a tour moves territory
  • Ensure freight partners are receiving correct CI information and instructions
  • Manage the warehouse to ensure inventory is accurate for stock reconciliations
  • Complete end-of-tour checks timely and accurately to settle with the artists within the agreed timeframe
  • Be the tour merchandise point of contact for management, TM, PM, Promoter, Agent and Venues
  • Maintain administrative trackers and documents
  • Be Collaborative
  • Ongoing communication with road staff on a daily basis
  • Liaising with internal Brand Management, Supply Chain, Product Development and Finance in the UK and US
  • General additional ad hoc duties where required
