We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and enthusiastic Team Assistant to support the UMG Leadership team. This is a junior role, working closely with the EA to provide day-to-day administrative, coordination, and team support across the function. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure across a global creative business, supporting senior leaders and the wider team with diary coordination, travel, events, presentations, and general team administration. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career within the music industry in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team & Diary Support
    • Provide diary and scheduling support to senior leaders and team members, working closely with the team PA and EA.
    • Assist with coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
    • Arrange meeting rooms, virtual links, and hospitality where required.
    • Support preparation of agendas and circulate meeting notes and actions.
    • Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel & Logistics
    • Assist with booking domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, transport).
    • Help prepare travel itineraries and supporting documents.
    • Assist visiting colleagues and international guests with logistics.
  • Meetings, Communication & Coordination
    • Take clear notes in meetings when required and circulate follow-ups.
    • Support preparation of briefing documents and presentation materials.
    • Assist with weekly team updates and internal communications.
    • Coordinate information flow between Globe, International Marketing, UK labels, and international territories.
  • Presentation & Creative Support
    • Creation and formatting of PowerPoint decks for internal and external use.
    • Assist with updating creative and market presentation materials.
    • Maintain shared folders and ensure documents are current and accessible.
  • Events & Team Engagement
    • Support planning and delivery of team events, market presentations, and internal celebrations.
    • Assist with guest list management and event logistics.
    • Provide on-site support at Abbey Road Studios or other locations when required.
    • Help coordinate team away days, seasonal events, and team engagement initiatives.
  • Administration & Systems
    • Provide general administrative support across the full team.
    • Assist with raising POs, processing invoices, and tracking basic finance administration.
    • Support onboarding of new starters (access, systems, inductions).
    • Maintain team documents, contact lists, and internal trackers.
    • Assist with office coordination tasks and liaise with property services where needed.
  • Production Support
    • Provide ad hoc production assistant support on Globe Originals projects when required.
